- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure
- Willing to travel or work overtime when required
Tanggungjawab
- Maintain and responsible for IT Network, Servers, Backups, Apps, Website and any IT related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation
- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues (such as antivirus, Microsoft office, and so on)
- Liaise with Programmer/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues
- Propose and source for new technique / solution for overall to improve IT support
- Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes.
- Prepare Resources ( PC, Apps, Software, Email account) for new join staff and brief company system training for them
