You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and is based in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. – Responsible for team decisions. – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. – Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. – Lead the development and configuration of software systems. – Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery. – Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. – Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI Asset Accounting. – Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. – Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA modules. – Knowledge of SAP FI integration with other modules. – Experience in leading software development projects. – Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. – Experience on handling ECC to S/4 HANA transformation projects with strong delivery management skills – Exposure to SAP functional modules of SAP FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, CO, MM, SD – Very structured, able to manage a team, manage scope, develop plans, track work progress – Excellent communication skills, oral and written, facing client business and IT middle management – Client-facing role, responsible to define SAP best practices & Accountable for the overall Delivery of the Project Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Industry and 7 years of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. – This position is based in Bengaluru or Pune. – Must have minimum 15 years of full-time education. – Must have Good Communication skill.Must have minimum 15 years of full time educationAbout AccentureAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
