Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing any issues that arise, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and user experience. You will also be involved in maintenance and enhancement activities, ensuring that the software remains up-to-date and functional, while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to perform independently and become an SME. – Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. – Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. – Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design. – Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. – Resource need to work in 24/7 rotational support. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: JLPT N2 & above proficiency in Japanese Language. – Strong understanding of software development methodologies. – Experience with application testing and debugging techniques. – Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
