You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. – Responsible for team decisions. – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. – Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving SAP Basis related issues. – Implement and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems. – Develop and implement best practices for SAP Basis administration. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. – Strong understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure. – Experience in SAP system upgrades and migrations. – Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis related issues.
