Software Development Engineer

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME – Collaborate and manage the team to perform – Responsible for team decisions – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams – Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges – Develop strategies to improve team efficiency – Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: – Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration – Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system landscapes – Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance – Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts – Familiarity with SAP performance tuning and troubleshooting Additional Information: – The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. – This position is based at our Manila office.
