The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our company and clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and effective implementation of our software solutions. The CRM will be responsible for managing client communications, providing support, and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on our software products and services.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful usage of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, development) to manage client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software products and services based on client needs.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve our offerings, and communicate these insights to the product and development teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to clients regarding service utilization and potential enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage client data in CRM software.
- Monitor key metrics related to client success and retention, addressing potential issues proactively.
