- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Provide support to site managers, including managing personnel schedules and ensuring compliance with site regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and time sheets.
- Monitor and control site expenses, including petty cash management.
- Handle all aspects of site safety, including conducting regular safety audits and providing training to personnel.
- Manage all sites documentation
- Facilitates and helps in decreasing the lead time for site activities commencement
- Improves the communication between T&D operation team and GS financial department
- Manage site expenses and do the necessary settlements.
