About the job Service EngineerKey Responsibilities: * Commissions and repairs industrial refrigeration plants and equipment, utilizing knowledge of mechanics and electronics with standard test instruments and hand tools
- Trouble shoots and assesses industrial refrigeration plant conditions
- Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Develops and maintains positive customer relationships and the necessary documentation of the customers equipment and systems status
- Documents completed work timely, clear and concise in-service reports
- Supports and promotes the service sales activities where necessary and requested
- Ensures compliance with the KTI safety standards and adheres to all international applicable industry standards and requirements
- Supports and trains customers on the KTI system operation at site or remotely
- Installs and troubleshoots electrical systems, motors and VFDs
- Advises management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc Degree (mechanical engineering or the like)
- Valid UAE driver license
- Minimum 5 years experience (preferably within the GCC)
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
