Efficiently and effectively fill open positionsConduct regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationSource and track candidate lists from various recruiting platforms * Excellent verbal and written communication in English Utilize the Internet for recruitmentThis includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sourcesresearch new ways of using the Internet for recruitmentuse social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidatesAid public relations in establishing a recognizable โ€œemployer of choiceโ€ reputation for the company, both internally and externally.Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leadsMaintain regular contact with possible future candidatesConduct pre screening phone interviews, schedule virtual interviews, and follow up with no-shows/canceled interviewsReview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsMaintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Performing reference and employment checks for potential employeesAssist in writing and forwarding rejection lettersAssist in preparing and sending new employee orientation emails and onboarding documents through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Assist in reviewing onboarding documents through (ATS) before Orientation DayQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent English verbal and written skillsProven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisitionGeneral knowledge of various employment laws and practices.Excellent interpersonal and coaching skillsSkills in database management and record keepingAbility to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources workExcellent organizational skillsGather and analyze information skillfully3- 4 years of recruiting experience is preferred
