Senior Procurement Executive (Commercial Facilities)

Adecco is partnering with a prominent real estate development and investment firm based in Singapore. They are leading real estate company in Southeast Asia. With a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, and industrial properties both in Singapore and overseas. The company is known for its high-quality developments and its significant contributions to Singapore’s urban landscape over the years.The Job

• Centralise and manage all hard and soft services term contracts across the property portfolio.
• Conduct vendor pre-qualification and shortlist suppliers for tender participation.
• Prepare tender documentation and coordinate with operations teams on briefings and site show rounds.
• Evaluate tender submissions including price analysis and negotiation of terms and conditions.
• Lead tender clarifications, interviews, and prepare recommendation papers for management approval.
• Manage post-award processes including issuing contracts, raising purchase orders, and ensuring timely contract execution.

The Talent

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant procurement experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience with procurement software such as Ariba, TenderBoard, Sesame etc. will be beneficial
• (Strong analytical and negotiation skills with effective written and verbal communication.
• Organised, meticulous, and able to handle multiple projects and timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with procurement systems and SAP is a plus.
• Well-versed with procurement governance, procedures, and best practices.
