• We are looking for SAP Support Officer – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work as part of an IT team of 3 members, reporting directly to the Regional IT Manager.
• Enhance and optimize SAP FI/CO processes and flows, particularly within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.
• Coordinate the analysis of business requirements with various business units/entities based on the Core model and extensions.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP support, including problem resolution, change request management, training, and documentation of user procedures.
• Deliver effective technical and functional SAP support to the business and its users.
• Maintain the company’s computer-based information system.
• Requirement :
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years in SAP FICO support or ABAP.
• Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is advantageous.
• Proficient in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
