Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). The ideal candidate will have 4 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations, customizations, and support. Familiarity with business processes in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries will be a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:SAP FICO:
- Configure and support financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
- Perform cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and product costing.
- Integrate FICO with MM, EWM, and other modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Handle end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live support for SAP modules. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner. Provide user training and documentation for SAP processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 4 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
- Proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP modules.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, integration, and customization.
- Understanding of ABAP for debugging purposes (preferred).
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in pharma and manufacturing industries (preferred).
- Familiarity with GxP compliance and production environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bcom MBA)
- SAP certifications FICO is plus.
