Drive business growth in the pharma industry by Acquiring New B2B Clients (Medicine/Medical Supplies Manufacturers), building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for indigenous pharma packaging machines.Your technical expertise will help you demonstrate product value, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Expand the reach of our indigenous equipment in the pharma industry to Acquire New B2B Clients (Manufacturers).
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads from various marketing channels and actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling their needs and providing insights to improve our product portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Account Management: Oversee key accounts, develop new accounts, and ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and analyse market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from product presentation to project delivery and payment collection.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent post-sales service.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma / B.E.
- Experience: 10+ years in selling indigenous equipment in the pharma industry to B2B clients (manufacturers), specifically in Pharma Packaging Machines is a MUST.
