RUBY DEVELOPERWITH REACT IS PLUSWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Ruby Developer to join our growing team. As a Ruby Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and services built with Ruby on Rails. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to build backend services and web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with product managers, designers, and front-end developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Implement RESTful APIs: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
• Write tests: Ensure code quality by writing automated tests (RSpec, Minitest, etc.) and performing code reviews.
• Optimize performance: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance and database queries.
• Database management: Design and manage relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including writing complex SQL queries and ensuring data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices: Keep current with new technologies, trends, and tools in the Ruby/Rails ecosystem.
• Debug and troubleshoot: Resolve issues and bugs in the codebase, ensuring a smooth user experience.
