About the internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify client needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
5. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
7. Assist in developing recruitment materials and job descriptions.
8.
