QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) ($3000-$5000/AWS/VB)

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

• Source for sub-contractor, vendors for quotation during tendering
• Carry out quantities taking off during tendering
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
• Prepare and finalization of subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
• Assist project manager with the negotiation and award of sub-contractors
• Ensure submission of bonds / warranties from sub-contractors
• Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation

Requirements

• Diploma and/or Degree above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools is a plus.
• Self-Motivated and Independent
