- Responsible to do quality check from Incoming of raw materials up to finished goods before delivery to customers.
- To ensure adherence of ISO 9001:2015 QMS system on all manufacturing process.
- To attend customer complaint & perform the diagnosis to the problem.
- To prepare Customer complaint Analysis report.
- Periodic monthly meet with external auditor of UL & Implement UL procedure and requirements.
- New & existing vendor visit for audit.
- Calibration of Measuring instruments On time & review whether to retain or replace.
- Preparation of Certificate of Confirmity and submit to customer.
- Responsible for ISO9001: 2015 implementation in company and handle internal & external audits.
- Preparation of MWS ( material withdrawal slip) and submit to finace for making delivery note & Invoice.
- Implementation of Kaizen( continuous improvement) in company in the area of (Safety, Energy, Environment, Cost, Delivery, Quality & 5S).
