Quality Assurance & Quality Control

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA & QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Engineer to join our team for a prestigious building project in Saudi Arabia. As a QA & QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to established quality standards and specifications, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the project.*Key Responsibilities:*– Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, protocols, and checklists to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.– Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and installations to identify deviations, defects, and non-conformities.– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.– Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate their compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
– Maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.– Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC procedures, requirements, and best practices.*Qualifications:*– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role on building construction projects.– Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on civil construction.– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.– Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding high-quality standards and delivering superior results.– Proficiency in English is required, Arabic language skills are advantageous.*Experience:*– Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or management roles, with a focus on building projects.– Experience working in the Middle East region or on international projects is preferred.– Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing QA/QC programs and ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
