Python Solution Architect

Job Description:Location: Trivandrum / Kochi / Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 12 to 16 yearsKey Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Python frameworks, UI frameworks, Gen AI technologies, and databases.
• Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions tailored to client requirements.

Python Development:

• Utilize Python with strong expertise in application frameworks like Django and Flask to design and build solutions.
• Implement complex algorithms and integrate diverse technologies to meet the overall architecture goals.

Data Storage & Search:

• Implement and optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms using Elastic Search, ensuring fast and efficient query processing.

Cloud Platforms:

• Leverage Azure, AWS, or GCP for creating scalable and resilient architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices for cloud computing.
• Integrate and optimize cloud services from Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud to create a cohesive and scalable infrastructure.

Infrastructure as Code:

• Utilize Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.

Serverless & Event-Driven Architecture:

• Design and implement serverless computing solutions and event-driven architectures to ensure scalability and efficient resource usage.

Message Queuing & Distributed Processing:

• Integrate RabbitMQ and Celery for message queuing and distributed task processing to handle asynchronous tasks efficiently.

Containerization & Orchestration:

• Design and implement containerized solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring efficient deployment, scaling, and management of applications.

Collaboration with DevOps:

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize and streamline the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth deployment and integration of services.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, and mentor team members on emerging technologies.

Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Python development, cloud architecture, and application performance.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize performance and productivity.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:Experience & Expertise:

• 12+ years of total IT experience with a focus on Python development and solution architecture.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, with the ability to create scalable and resilient architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Elastic Search for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ and Celery.
• Strong background in designing and deploying containerized applications using Kubernetes.

Cloud Infrastructure:

• In-depth experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform, for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of serverless and event-driven architectures for scalable cloud-based solutions.

Technical Leadership:

• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in both Python development and cloud infrastructure.

Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:AI Technologies:

• Familiarity with Gen AI technologies and their integration into Python-based solutions.

DevOps:

• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and optimize deployment processes.

UI Frameworks:

• Knowledge of UI frameworks for front-end development, ensuring seamless integration with Python-based back-end solutions.

Advanced Cloud Integration:

• Deep understanding of integrating multiple cloud services from Azure, AWS, or GCP to create cohesive cloud architectures.
