For the Manager level with Architect experience, the candidate should have 9 to 13 years of experience, expertise in Selenium, Advanced JavaScript, Jira, API, Python, and Robot Framework, and experience in Data Models, Research and Development, and Medical Devices. The responsibilities include leading testing efforts, overseeing test plans and test cases, providing technical expertise, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, mentoring junior team members, participating in code reviews, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Certifications required include Certified Selenium Professional, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Certified Automation Professional.
