Project Manager – Funds

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or finance.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, with significant experience in managing projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including developing and managing project plans, monitoring and controlling project progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Experience with project management software and tools, including JIRA, Power Apps, and Power BI preferred.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Experience in PMI (merger integration) is an advantage.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at the Senior Manager level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires a solid understanding of project management principles and a proven track record in managing projects. Experience in merger integration will be considered an advantage.What is your role and your responsibilities?

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, regularly reviewing capacity and usage against outcomes and assessing if further capacity is available.
• Monitor and control project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Report on project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Continuously review and improve project management processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and any other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to company guidelines for project management, including the use of project management tools, documentation, and reporting requirements.
