• Oversee the academic performance, discipline, and wellbeing of all students from K-12.
• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives aligned with US or UK Common Core standards.
• Supervise and support the teaching staff, ensuring professional growth and fostering a positive school culture.
• Develop and manage school policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and the school community to enhance student outcomes.
• Drive the school’s strategic vision, goals, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, with at least 2 years as a Principal.
• Extensive experience with K-12 education, ideally within the US or UK Common Core curriculum.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative school culture.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A track record of driving academic success and implementing effective school improvement strategies.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from students to parents and school boards.
