JOB OVERVIEWAbout the Role:
I’m looking for a sharp, proactive assistant to support me across both my personal life and professional ventures-including my company and online presence. You’ll be wearing multiple hats, from organizing tasks and coordinating projects to helping with social media and light design work. This is a dynamic, ever-evolving role for someone who’s adaptable, detail-oriented, and creative.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and to-do listsAssist with social media content planning, posting, and community engagementHelp update and maintain websites (basic design/edits via platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress)Organize digital files and documentsCoordinate with vendors, freelancers, or collaborators as neededResearch and compile information or resources for both personal and business needsAssist with light design work (Canva, basic Photoshop, etc.)Support in personal tasks like travel planning, booking reservations, etc.What I’m Looking For:Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong organizational and communication skillsSocial media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Experience with website platforms (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.)Design skills are a huge plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)Tech-comfortable (bonus points for any experience with Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.)Independent, trustworthy, and quick to adaptBonus if you’re creative and bring your own ideas to the tableIdeal For Someone Who:Likes having variety in their workdayIs self-motivated and thrives with flexible structureHas a good eye for aesthetics and brandingWants to work closely with a founder/creative and be involved in different areasSKILL REQUIREMENT
