Performance Testing

Job Description:What’s this role about?Job Description:As a Load Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance and scalability of the software applications. You will design and execute load tests to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance performance. You should be able to do the Functional Testing of the application as wellMust Have:

• Design and develop load testing scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Execute load and performance tests to assess application behavior under stress.
• Analyze test results, identifying performance bottlenecks and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to address performance issues.
• Monitor application performance during tests and report findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of test plans, scripts, and results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in load testing and performance engineering.
• Need to contribute on Functional testing as per the project requirement
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies , JIRA tool is a must.
