About the internshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with Proposal Creation:
Ensure proposals are consistently formatted, clear, and grammatically accurate
Align proposal templates with client-specific requirements, help draft basic sections (introductions, overviews)2. Assist in Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive checklists & documentation of BD activities and client interactions, to facilitate reporting and analysis
Help consolidate key metrics and data for internal reviews and strategy meetings3. Support with Compliance:
Maintain compliance records, monitor for updates to current policies and processes
Alert BDs where adjustments are necessary to ensure adherence to internal guidelines4. Assist in QC and Formatting:
Ensure quality control/formatting of all PowerPoint presentations & documents used in internal and external communications5. Coordinate with Finance:
Periodically liaise with finance to address any pending issues or open topics that BDs need to resolve/reconcile6. Support Social Media Initiatives:
Assist BDs in executing social media engagement initiatives through online posts and promotional activities7. Engage in Secondary Research:
Perform client searches. Maintain & organize client databases
