Job Summary:In this role, you will be the backbone of our smooth operations, ensuring equipment functionality and preventing downtime through maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.Responsibilities· Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of various industrial machinery, including CNC turret punch machines, bending machines, injection molding machines, press machines, and more.· Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency. Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.· Equipment Installation and Calibration: Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.· Facilities Maintenance: Contribute to the overall upkeep of the facility by performing minor repairs to electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.· Spare Parts Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing downtime due to component shortages.· Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.· Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and monthly maintenance reports, including details of completed tasks, issues resolved, and equipment status.
