Manager – Alliances (Pharma, 6+ years, Gurgaon)

The Manager – Alliances will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with both external and internal stakeholders for business development.

• Develop and implement strategic alliances to drive business growth.
• Identify and engage with potential partners in the Pharmaceutical.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals.
• Monitor and manage performance of alliances for continuous improvement.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts arising within the partnerships.
• Provide insights and reports to senior management regarding alliance performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build network and brand visibility.
