You’ll provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior authors, with a focus on Property and Private Client matters. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, manage competing deadlines with ease, and enjoys being a trusted go-to within the team.Key DutiesDrafting and preparing legal documentationManaging client communications and relationshipsMaintaining electronic and physical filesPreparing monthly billings and managing accounts processesGeneral secretarial support, including diary and email managementUse of Affinity Law software (advantageous)About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in Property and/or Private Client workA proactive, can-do approach with strong initiativeExcellent written communication and attention to detailSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Affinity Law will be highly regardedA personable, professional manner and the ability to build strong client relationshipsThe Benefits
