Backed by astrong team of 50+ talented individuals, our mission is to democratisetrading and make it profitable for everyone, no matter their level ofexperience.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with prior expertise indesigning and developing high-performance backend systems on Cloud.This role would be responsible for building backend capabilities for ourapp and accelerate our growth initiatives.Youโ€™re a great fit if you: Have 7+ years of hands-on experience in programming with Go,Node.js, or Python Possess strong understanding of Realtime Systems, Redis,Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures Have expertise in databases such as MySQL, Firestore, RealtimeDatabase Are proficient in cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CDtools Have experience with monitoring tools and performanceoptimization Have the passion for mentoring and grooming engineers Curious about learning new tools, discovering innovations, settingup new processes to make us betterBonus points if you: Have experience in financial markets, particularly trading andoptions, or a willingness to dive deep into this space.
