Remote work is not an optionMust Have Skills:· Production support hands on experience on analyzing and troubleshooting for production incident. Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.· Strong hands-on experience is required on the Java 11, SpringBoot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud· Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL webservices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issueRole and Responsibilities· Production support hands on experience on analyzing and troubleshooting for production incident.· Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.· Strong hands-on experience is required on the Java 11, SpringBoot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud· Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL webservices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issue· Ability to work on minor enhancement when occurred· Ability to participate in Daily/Weekly stand ups call with Customer, delivery team and other stake holders· Ability to work with cross work stream teams· Ability to work with performance team to evaluate and resolve any performance related issues· Effective written and verbal communication skills and good listening skills· A can-do-attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.· Confident, self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and team-orientedWork Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States.Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.#LI-SA1Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
