stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of IT System Support Engineer. In this role, you will be Responsible for analyzing and maintaining the stc IT system. This includes collecting and analyzing customer data, identifyingtrends and patterns, ensuring data integrity and making recommendations for improving the effectiveness of stc systems.Roles and Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:· Review and maintain IT system transactions.· Ensure system consistency and ease of use for staff and managers across all access channels.· Proactively identify service improvement opportunities and training needs.· Contribute to service improvement initiatives supporting IT systems.· Maintain customer relations by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and preparing reports.· Facilitate the restoration of service following issues to ensure system availability.· Conduct periodic reviews of customer complaint trends and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to enhance IT systems.· Identify trends, ensure data integrity, and recommend improvements for IT systems.QualificationsTo apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:· Bachelor’s Degree· Minimum 2 years of relevant Experience.· Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
