Job Description

  1. Assist in the implementation and deployment of system hardware architecture (servers and associated equipment), and assist in the design and planning of infrastructure.
  2. Responsible for daily maintenance of existing servers.
  3. Collaborate with developers and testers to set up environments, configure parameters, debug business processes, and monitor systems.
  4. Regularly organize and back up servers.
  5. Research operational and maintenance-related technologies, develop operational and maintenance technical solutions according to system requirements, and complete other operational and maintenance-related tasks assigned by supervisors and the company.

Skills

  1. Proficiency in server and storage-related knowledge, with experience in operational and maintenance of servers in large and medium-sized enterprises, capable of accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting service failures, and building new environments.
  2. Familiarity with the installation, operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various server versions.
  3. Proficient in operating cloud systems (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  4. Proficient in the installation, operation, and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers, understanding network security and related server configurations, and completing daily maintenance.
  5. Familiar with bash/Python scripts, capable of completing daily tasks through scripting.
  6. Familiar with common monitoring tools such as Grafana, and familiar with log analysis systems such as ELK.
  7. Proficient in configuring and maintaining common Linux configurations such as nginx, WebLogic, Jenkins, Squid, and Redis
  8. Practical experience in automation operations and maintenance, container technology, CI/CD tools, etc., is a plus.
  9. Familiar with VMWare vSphere-related maintenance technologies.
  10. Familiar with the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of Exchange, Active Directory, Jira, and other systems.

Basic Requirements:

Proficiency in Linux, TCP/IP, Jenkins, Nginx, with a strong spirit of self-learning and debugging, and able to work on-call shifts.

3+ years of hands-on Linux Systems Administration experience. Experience scripting and developing system automation tools (Python/Shell Scripts)
