You’ll be working with an exciting beauty e-commerce brand to strategize, launch, and oversee affiliate campaigns to drive sales and engagement. Experience in the beauty industry is a huge plus.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source influencers for paid content creation / nurture relationships with high value creators
• Build and manage TikTok Shop gifting strategy
• Manage relationships with ShopMy gifted affiliates
• Strategize and implement processes to incentivize influencer gift recipients to post consistent content
• Work with our team of virtual assistants to support our influencer network
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute on affiliate marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s business and marketing goals
• Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years as an Affiliate/Influencer Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
• Deep experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and major social media platforms
• Experience in the beauty industry is a huge plus
• Experience with ShopMy is a plus
• Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
• Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
• Ability to work in US EST time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
• Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
