Department DescriptionAssists skilled maintenance personnel in carrying out, repairing and maintaining the HVAC & Refrigeration units in Hospital & Residential Areas.
Brief Description1. Prepares work areas. Carries tools, equipment and materials to work site. Cleans work site after task completion and returns tools, material and equipment to storage areas.2. Cleans and lubricates tools and equipment.3. Assists skilled tradesmen with routine scheduled maintenance.4. Cleans the chilled water coil with high pressure pump, clean bag/oil filter chamber, indoor unit dampers and strainer during preventive maintenance of plant rooms.5. Assists skilled tradesmen in repairing refrigeration units, small fan coil unit, window type NC and other related units. Replaces bag filters, HEPA filters, pre roll filters, wash aluminium filters & oil filters.6. Follows tag warning and installs protective devices and barriers for job safety.7. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.8. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.9. Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
