About the internshipRoles and Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.Screening and Shortlisting:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Interview Coordination:
Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring candidates receive necessary details. Follow up with feedback and updates.Database Management:
Maintain an organized database of candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping. Update recruitment metrics to track progress.Candidate Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Share information on job details, company culture, and values.Offer and Onboarding Support:
Assist in extending job offers and support the onboarding process. Help prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.Market Research:
Conduct research on industry hiring trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks to help inform recruitment strategies.Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
