The Head of Human Resources is responsible to support the strategic development of the site’s organization and to define, develop and maintain professional Human Resources processes and services for the entire workforce at the site, in line with company’s mission, business plan and targets, values and the group HR plans.As part of the site management team, proactively drive and support the strategic and operational development of the organization, by consulting and supporting on the staffing, performance and development of all departments located at the sites.– Responsible for all workforce located at the site (employees and contractors/consultants).– Act as senior and strategic HR business partner to the Site Director and Site Management Team (key functions / workforce base: production, quality assurance and control, engineering, maintenance, EHS, Research & Development, Program Management, administrative functions)– Consult and support global functions, who have teams / employees at the site, in relation to personnel matters in India. Recruitment and HR management for new global services roles located at Ambernath site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations as well as cultural integration between the production site and global functions, which are co-located at the same location.– Ensure HR acts as business partner to all leaders / managers, proactively consulting, supporting and enabling them in their planning, development, performance management and leadership of their teams; and as the professional point of contact for all employees regarding their employment relationship with the company.– Responsible for all personnel related processes and services across the full employment life cycle, ensuring consistent and integrated processes and offerings across the different parts of the organization / departments at the site:
- Personnel planning, budgeting, controlling (personnel costs, FTE/HC)
- Organizational planning and development
- Employer branding, recruitment / talent acquisition, candidate relations (incl. university/student relations), emerging talents (university relations, apprenticeship etc.)

- At least 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Human Resources
- Extensive working experience in HR management (min. 10 years), gained in companies of
similar size and complexity (min. generalist HR responsibility for 100 employees) in
international environments. Experience in production companies (life science,
pharmaceuticals, chemical, nutrition/food, automotive or similarly regulated environments
preferred). * MNC Organisation Experience is a must have
