This position involves overseeing the ERC operations and implementing strategic plans to ensure regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. The role also requires liaising with various stakeholders to manage risk and promote best practices in the Life Science field.

• Head the ERC operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans in line with company objectives.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to manage risk and ensure best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to the Legal department on regulatory matters.
• Stay updated on changes in the pharmaceutical industry and Life Science field.
• Oversee training and development of ERC staff.
• Prepare regular reports on ERC activities and compliance status.
• Play a crucial role in Board Level meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations.

• 15+ years of experience in ERC preferably in the Pharma industry
• Open to Hyderabad as a location, WFO
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with stakeholders at the Board Level.
