We are seeking a skilled GoLang Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Pune on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GoLang development and experience building scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing backend services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using GoLang.
• API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications and other systems.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code; conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot & Debug: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
• Testing & Optimization: Implement automated tests, CI/CD practices, and ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in backend development with at least 3 years of experience in GoLang.
• Backend Skills: Strong knowledge of GoLang, with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side development.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• DevOps Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
