Location: Work From HomeAbout the RoleWe are looking for skilled Full-Stack Developers to help build our innovative AI-powered platform. You will be responsible for implementing both frontend and backend components of our system, creating intuitive interfaces for proposal generation, compliance checking, and bid strategy insights. This role is crucial in translating our AI capabilities into a user-friendly, efficient platform that transforms the proposal writing process.Responsibilities

• Develop responsive frontend interfaces for the User Dashboard, AI Proposal Generator, and Submission Tracker

• Implement the backend systems that connect our AI models with user-facing features.

• Create intuitive document editing interfaces with real-time AI assistance and auto-fill capabilities

• Build data visualization components for displaying win probability scores and bid insights

• Develop APIs for integration with external systems and data sources

• Design and implement database schemas for storing proposal templates, compliance rules, and user data

• Create secure user authentication and role-based access control systems

• Implement real-time collaboration features for team-based proposal writing

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

• Optimize application performance and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React/Angular/Vue, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar)

• Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Understanding of security best practices for SaaS applications

• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience with document management systems is a plus

Advanced Technical Skills Required

• Expert-level proficiency with React.js ecosystem including Redux/Context API, React Query, and Next.js for server-side rendering

• Experience with advanced TypeScript features including generics, conditional types, and utility types

• Knowledge of WebSocket implementation for real-time collaborative document editing

• Expertise in building rich text editors with Draft.js or Slate.js with AI integration capabilities

• Experience implementing micro-frontend architecture for complex SaaS applications

• Proficiency with GraphQL and implementing efficient data fetching patterns

• Strong knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) for scalable backend operations

• Experience implementing event-driven architectures using message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Skills in database optimization techniques including indexing strategies, query optimization, and caching mechanisms

• Experience with vector databases for AI feature storage and retrieval

• Knowledge of implementing fine-grained permissions systems for document access control

• Expertise in frontend performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, memorization)
