Frontend Engineer (React)

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our team and drive the development of high-performance, user-friendly web applications. You will play a key role in building and optimizing modern front-end systems, ensuring seamless user experiences across different devices and browsers.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality, performant user-facing features with a strong focus on usability and maintainability.
• Build and optimize front-end applications to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and implement application functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Leverage modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, SCSS) for creating responsive, visually appealing designs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and handle performance optimizations for efficient rendering.
• Work with asynchronous request handling, APIs, and state management to create seamless user interactions.
• Set up and manage front-end build tools and optimize bundling processes.
• Implement and enforce best practices in version control (Git) and code reviews.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and help junior engineers by providing guidance and support when needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, and preprocessors (SCSS/LESS).
• Strong knowledge of React ecosystem, including hooks, context API, state management (Redux/Zustand), and component lifecycles.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (Angular or Vue.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with server-side programming using Node.js is a plus.
• Understanding of browser rendering behavior, request handling, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with asynchronous systems, API integrations, and web performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to set up and manage front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist junior developers by providing guidance and support..
