Facility Maintenance Engineer

Urgent Requirement for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Position: Facility Maintenance EngineerCandidate must have transferable Iqama and be available immediately to join.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical requiredResponsibilities:

• Provide technical support for facility management operation
• Conduct engineering analyses and assessments
• Assist in the management of operation projects, including planning and execution.
• Manage the inspection and maintenance of building fabric and assets to standards and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
• Coordinated major maintenance and repairs as required for civil, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, medium and low voltage systems, generators, etc. and investigated and diagnosed faults.
• Manage the FM service providers on site by following the operation SLA and KPI’s
• Assure that safety, assurance, compliance, performance and sustainability standards and business processes are followed.
• Manage maintenance stakeholders and operation aspects and FM resources with respect to building facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability standards and business processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

Salary: 3700 – 4000 SR + 300 SR for Food + Accommodation & Transportation
