Facade Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for façade worksEvaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurementMonitor project costs and prepare valuations, variations, and final accountsReview drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarityLiaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliersRequirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of QS experience with a focus on façade worksStrong understanding of façade systems, materials, and specificationsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
