Executive/Senior Manager (Facility Management Transformation Department)

You will be part of a team working on transforming the facilities management (FM) sector, with a focus on upstream intervention through Design for Maintainability (DfM).[What you will be working on]Primarily, you will play a key role in formulating and driving strategic initiatives to integrate DfM into the building environment industry, including reviewing and enhancing the GM2021 Maintainability Section. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the value proposition of DfM while collaborating with stakeholders such as developers, designers, and FM professionals.[What we are looking for]A degree in ArchitectureA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in consultancy or design.Strong analytical, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
