Business Analyst is the key success of project development and deployment. Business Analyst analyzes an organization or business domain and documents its business processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. Analysts are required to analyze, transform and ultimately resolve the business problems with the help of technology.
Job Requirements

• Responsible for translation of the detailed business requirements into functional specs
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs
• Define the project scope, objectives and approach
• Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Assist business users in the prioritization and phasing of requirements
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Ensure common understanding, quality of deliverables and compliance with business requirements
• Develop, maintain and monitor the detailed project plan
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Elaborate the training plan, contribute to the test plan, test scripts and user acceptance tests with the testing team
• Responsible for the overall success of the project as well as the delivery of result.
