Al Moallam (CJSC) Company, one of the major contracting companies for Saudi Aramco & SEC looking for a full time, experienced Estimation Manager with Construction background who are locally available. The candidate should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (e.g., Civil, Mechanical; preferred).
- More than 15 years of experience in cost estimation within the KSA construction sector,
with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing Long-Form, GSC, and EPC contracts with Saudi Aramco or
similar clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in prequalification processes for Saudi Aramco affiliates.
Proven track record of successful bid preparation for Saudi Aramco or similar large-scale
clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Aramco’s procurement processes, GIs, and IKTVA requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Advanced cost estimation and budgeting.
- Project management and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to meet aggressive project timelines
