Engineer Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, architects, and blockchain developers.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain sector, contributing to the development of the company’s technical roadmap and strategy.
• Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment, to uphold high standards of quality and reliability.
• Identify and address technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of blockchain solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, providing updates on project status, technical challenges, and strategic initiatives.
