Position Summary:Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance of Electrical equipmentPlanning & assigning jobs to shift technicians.Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:

• Monthly updating for balance PM jobs & planning of same during Opportunity / SDN.

• Monthly PM, Greasing schedules preparation & record keeping of completed sheets

• Relieving of Shift in case of Emergency

• Recording of all spares/ Material requirement & maintain history

• Motor History updating & arrangement to make planning for motors overhauling during planned

shutdowns & at regular interval where standby motor is available.

• Monthly department report preparation, updating all energy date & record keeping.

• Maintaining record of all Vendor visits, AMC visits with reports.

• Issue of Material from stores & keeping proper consumption record.

• Checking of received material

• Ensuring all spares required for continuous running of the plant.

• Overall co-ordination during plant shutdown activities to understand and follow the organizational

HS&E policies.

• Conduct training to sub ordinates and develop their skills.

• To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.

To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.

• To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.

• To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.

• To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.

• To attend safety trainings planned for them.

• Having a right to say “NO” to any unsafe work.
