You’ll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, providing comprehensive assistance to clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses.
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Internet Requirements:

  • Personal PC or laptop (atleast i5 processor or its equivalent) with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
