Job Responsibilities
- Understanding product requirements and derive technical requirements
- Designing architecture for hardware, simulation, selection of components, prototype building, qualification, certification, and production
- Interacting with sourcing, Industrial team and making product qualification test plans and qualifying products
- Competitor product benchmarking and contribution to product roadmap.
- Use of quality tools -DFMEA, Root cause analysis.
- Mentoring junior level engineers in the team and participating in design reviews and providing suggestions for improving the quality of products.
- Working on New Product Introduction, QVE.
Job Requirement
- BE / B.Tech in ECE or EEE or E&I or M.E/ M.Tech in Embedded, Instrumentation and Similar streams •
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in electronics product design and development from product specification to production.
- Must have developed multiple products from concept through production (has been through 3 or more big project cycle).
- Hardware circuit design experience in Power supply, analog sensing, Digital I/O
- Design experience of communication circuits of RS485, USB, CAN, MODBUS, Ethernet etc and worked with EEPROM, FLASH, STM32 Microcontroller.
- Experience in use of simulation tools like Pspice, SIMetrix etc.
- Exposure to Agile methodology of product development.
