Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer who will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of PCB layouts and electronics hardware. The ideal candidate will have experience in PCB design, hardware troubleshooting, and micro-controller integration.   • Design and layout high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using tools such as KiCad and Eagle.
  • Develop, test, and validate electronics hardware, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Integrate micro-controllers like ESP32 and sensors into hardware systems, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during the product development cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of hardware design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts before moving into production.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • PCB Design: Expertise in KiCad, Eagle, or similar PCB design tools.
  • Hardware Development: Strong knowledge in electronics hardware design, testing, and validation.
  • Micro-controllers: Experience with ESP32, ARM Cortex, and other micro-controllers.
  • Embedded Systems: Proficiency in embedded systems design, including sensors and peripherals integration.
  • Testing & Debugging: Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex hardware systems using testing tools like oscilloscopes and multi meters.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in PCB design and hardware development.
  • Familiarity with micro controllers, embedded systems, and sensors.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for electronics hardware development.

Tools & Technologies:

  • PCB Design Software: KiCad, Eagle, Altium Designer.
  • Micro-controllers & Embedded Systems: ESP32, ARM Cortex, STM32.
  • Hardware Testing Tools: Oscilloscopes, multi meters, signal generators.
  • Programming Knowledge (optional): C, C++, Python for firmware development.
